Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days unless otherwise agreed.

Final assets will be delivered digitally via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms.

Files will be stored for 30 days post-delivery, after which a storage fee applies.

By signing this Agreement, the Client grants Xcapturedthat and its owner the irrevocable

right to use all images, footage, and content created under this Agreement for promotional,

marketing, or portfolio purposes, unless a Written Image Use Disclosure Form is completed

at the time of booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book any project.

The remaining balance is due upon delivery of content.

Late payments will incur a 5% late fee after 7 days.

Accepted forms of payment: [Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Bank Transfer]

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot are subject to a 25% cancellation

fee.

Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty, with at least 48 hours' notice.

Client receives full usage rights upon final payment.

Xcapturedthat retains creative copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial licensing of the content is prohibited

without written consent.

Creator is not liable for:

- Acts of nature, equipment failure, or client delays that affect the final outcome.

- Lost data after final delivery and acceptance by the client.

Xcapturedthat operates as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not constitute

an employer-employee relationship.
